You can train as many group sessions as you want each week. 

•We will do an initial weigh in and before pics and take after pics upon the completion of your contract.

•Comes with a starter kit (Items in the kit are based on your goal)
•You will do a 3 day detox and fast 
•After the detox and fast you will get a meal plan and meal tracker sheet which you will have to track everything you eat and drink and turn in weekly
•Each session will be 1–1.5hrs long
•You will be added to the Facebook support group
•Along with the personal training you will have 24hr access for the gym and unlimited sessions in our sauna
•Upon completion you will have the options to discontinue the training, sign another contract, or train at a drop in rate of $30/session with no commitment
